Power Packed Sweet Potatoes (AIP)
The Autoimmune Protocol Diet (AIP) was created by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne to help people with inflammation and other symptoms associated with many autoimmune diseases. Learn more about the AIP Diet on her website. As someone with Hashimoto's, I've finally begun this protocol myself. As a home organizer and health coach, many of my conversations with clients are about meal prepping. In fact, it comes up daily! When I'm assigning action steps (if my clients want "homework"), it may look something like this:
-Make and drink bone broth
-Gather loose papers
-Recycle/Shred
-File
I usually say, if you can only do one thing on this list, do the bone broth! This is often the biggest needle mover when it comes to an organized home! If you're ready to level it up, try these Power Packed Sweet Potatoes! Scroll down for printable versions of the recipe and AIP protocol lists.
