Sometimes people don’t need a one-time organizing overhaul.
They need support staying in momentum.
They need accountability without shame, structure without rigidity, and someone who understands how overwhelm, anxiety, ADHD, decision fatigue, burnout, and emotional exhaustion can make even simple tasks feel impossible.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Sparkle Life Support Group, a new ongoing organizing and life support membership led by professional organizer Sara Kelly of Seattle Sparkle Home Organizing.
The Sparkle Life Support Group is designed for adults who want gentle accountability, practical organizing guidance, compassionate coaching, and a supportive community while working toward a more functional, peaceful, and sustainable life.
This is not about perfection.
This is about helping you re-enter momentum, reduce overwhelm, build supportive systems, and feel less alone while doing it.
What Is the Sparkle Life Support Group?
The Sparkle Life Support Group is a monthly coaching and accountability membership that combines:
- live Zoom support,
- organizing education,
- body doubling/accountability sessions,
- ongoing Voxer support,
- and a growing library of recorded workshops and resources.
Rather than focusing only on “decluttering,” the Sparkle Life Support Group recognizes that many struggles with organization are deeply connected to stress, burnout, executive functioning, emotional overload, life transitions, and the unrealistic pressures of modern productivity culture.

Open Coaching / Office Hours
Bring your questions, roadblocks, frustrations, or current projects and receive live support and coaching from Sara.
Body Doubling & Accountability Sessions
Join a focused work session where everyone briefly shares what they’re working on, spends dedicated time making progress together, and then checks in afterward to celebrate wins and momentum.
For many neurodivergent adults, body doubling can dramatically improve focus, motivation, and follow-through.
Monday–Friday Voxer Support
Members will also receive access to a private Voxer group for ongoing support Monday through Friday during business hours.
Sara will provide:
- encouragement,
- organizing prompts,
- accountability check-ins,
- motivation,
- and compassionate support throughout the week.
We know that maintaining momentum between sessions is often the hardest part — and this support is designed to help bridge that gap.
A Growing Resource Library
Educational workshops will be recorded and added to a private video library so members can continue revisiting topics and learning at their own pace.
Over time, members will build access to a valuable collection of organizing education, emotional support tools, practical strategies, and compassionate resources.

Let’s Sparkle Together
You do not need to become a different person to have a more functional home and life.
Sometimes what people need most is not more information — but support, accountability, encouragement, nervous system safety, and a compassionate place to begin again.
The Sparkle Life Support Group was created to provide exactly that.
