Many people struggle with symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): procrastination, inability to stay present, and brain fog. This gets in our way of getting and staying focused and organized.  While some symptoms of ADHD can be hugely beneficial (like creativity, optimism, and unconventional thought), other symptoms are seemingly working against us.  The root of these symptoms is multi-faceted.  While genetics may play a big part in attention deficit, environment (colors, objects, air quality, scents, sounds, light etc...), chronic stress,  relationships, nutrition, exercise, and other self-care routines play an even bigger part in our ability to focus.  We use a holistic approach with coaching to address physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspectives.
